Children in Preschool to 1st Grade are welcome to participate in the Children’s Liturgy of the Word during 11:30 am Mass (when Religious Ed. classes are in session). No registration or fee is required. Children are to be seated with their families at the beginning of Mass. Then, the children will be called to the altar after the Gloria and will be dismissed with the CLOW leaders. The CLOW leaders will proclaim the readings of the day to the children, followed by a brief reflection time with prayer and saying their own intercessions in the church’s Library. After the Prayers of the Faithful, the children will return to their families to celebrate in the Liturgy of the Eucharist. We would love to expand it to the 8:30 am Mass. If you are interested in volunteering as a CLOW leader/aide or your teenager as a helper, please contact Linette Kerr, Religious Education Coordinator, by email at [email protected]. Thank you for sharing the Good News with the youth!
CLOW leaders: Nicole Ebreo, Matthew Erickson, JC Freed, Anna Kambach, and Angela Shields
